These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines for the use of my digital artwork downloads I offer. By purchasing and downloading my digital artwork files, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Digital Artwork License:

1.1. My digital artwork is the result of my hand-painted creations, scanned and processed for high-quality digital printing. By downloading my digital artwork, you are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

1.2. You are not allowed to reproduce, sell, or use my artwork for commercial purposes without obtaining a separate commercial license from me. To inquire about obtaining a commercial license, please get in touch.

2. Restrictions on Use:

2.1. You may not mass-produce, distribute, or share the digital files, artwork, or printed copies with others, whether for free or for profit.

2.2. You may not upload my artwork to the internet on any other platform, including but not limited to websites, or third-party marketplaces.

3. Ownership and Copyright:

3.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the digital artwork and related files, remain my exclusive property. The copyright of the artwork remains with me.

3.2. You are allowed to share my artwork on your personal social media platforms, provided you give proper attribution by tagging @erin.bacchi.

4. Purchases and Refunds:

4.1. All purchases on my website are final and non-refundable. Please ensure that you review the product details and verify the compatibility of the files before making a purchase.

5. Disclaimers:

5.1. I make reasonable efforts to ensure that my digital artwork downloads are free from defects and errors. However, I do not guarantee that the artwork will be compatible with all systems or devices, and I do not assume liability for any issues or damages resulting from the use of my files.

6. Financial Penalty for Breach:

6.1. In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, you may be subject to a financial penalty as determined by me.

7. Modification of Terms:

7.1. I may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically. Continued use of my website and digital artwork constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
