That's why I want to offer you a super-easy and no-risk 30-day return policy. If you don't fall head over heels for your art prints and they don't bring your walls to life, no worries! You can return them within 30 days of delivery. Here's how it works:

1️⃣ Style it in your home: I encourage you to take your time and find the perfect spot to showcase your new art print. Let it work its magic and infuse your space with its unique vibes. 

2️⃣ Not your cup of tea? No problem! 🍵: If, for any reason, the art print doesn't make your heart skip a beat or match your decor as you'd hoped, simply let me know within 30 days of receiving your order. I'm here to make it right! 

3️⃣ Ship it back, on me!: Once you've reached out to me via hello@erinbacchi.com, I'll provide you with all the details on how to return your art print. Just make sure to carefully package it back in its original packaging. And guess what? I've got the shipping costs covered!

4️⃣ Timeframe matters: To be eligible for a risk-free return, please send the art print back in its original condition within 30 days of initiating the return process. Handle it with love, so it arrives back safely to me, without any damage! 

5️⃣ Refund or exchange? You choose! Once I receive the returned art print and ensure it's in tip-top shape, I'll process your refund within 5 business days. Or, if you'd prefer, we can arrange an exchange for another art print of equal value. Let's keep the art journey going strong!

While I'm all about making you happy, I don't offer refunds for change of mind on original art pieces. Here's why:

Damaged Items

Oh no! 🚫 If your delivery arrives damaged, don't panic, we'll handle it together! Here's what you need to do to get things back on track:

📸 Snap some evidence!: Please take photos of the damaged package within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Show me the proof, so I can understand what happened and take appropriate action. Send those pics to hello@erinbacchi.com, and let's get the ball rolling! 

⏰ Timing is key!: Remember, time is of the essence when it comes to reporting the damage. So, please make sure to reach out within 48 hours of your parcel's delivery. Unfortunately, any notifications sent beyond this timeframe won't be considered. Let's tackle it swiftly! 

🚚 Replacements on the way! : Once you've contacted me with the photos and necessary details, I'll swing into action to arrange a replacement for your damaged art print. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I want you to enjoy your artwork as soon as possible!
